It’s the back to school season and why not try to spice up your binder so it looks way nicer! This diy needs things that are quite cheap and it’s really easy to make.
Things you’ll need:
- Transparent binder
- Acrylic paint
- Sponges
- Brown wrapping paper
- Black marker
- Ruler
- Scissors
- Bowl
First of all, start by measuring the height and width of your binder cover so that you can cut the paper that’s the right size and slip it through the cover.
Next, squeeze out the colours of acrylic paint you want to use for your binder. I used the colour pink, purple and blue. Don’t forget to put a bit of water to the paint to make it a thinner consistency.
Now, take the sponge and start dabbing the first colour of paint. From here, you can keep repeating this step until you have done all the colorus and you like your “paint splash” effect. Then, you can set this to dry for about half an hour.
When it’s dry, use the bowl to make a bunch of rounded edges that you can free hand decorate and fill with many fun patterns.
That’s it. You have finished making your own diy binder cover.
